Italy 2013 - La Grancia in Montisi, a wonderful agri-turismo place to stay just down the road from Villa Maddalena. They have rooms you can rent and it has a pool and wonderful vistas of the Tuscan countryside.

Italy 2013 - Montisi - another wonderful old door caught my eye and I had to paint it. This one is light cobalt and it is falling apart as you can see from my painting. The size is 7 x 14 and it too is for sale for $100.

Italy 2013 - Montepulciano - This Salumeria Toscana is like a delicatessen and the pig inside the front door with a sign "Il Custode" or gatekeeper who guards the entrance. It was built just inside the archway leading to the town.

Corner of Pienza, Italy. I had fun trying to different techniques mainly using sand paper and watercolor pencils and shaving them onto wet watercolor paint and using a dry brush effect. Fun. It's yours for only $100.
